Breakfast: A Benedict variation that my wife, Kelly, came up with: Eggs and sausage on Yorkshire Pudding with Hollandaise sauce. Pancetta on the side.

This requires beyond genius imagination.    Hat's off!   My head is still reeling.

eta = problem:  in our house, regardless of how many times I multiply the recipe, there is never leftover Yorkshire.

I had thought that maybe three of us could get together, call ourselves Eeney, Meeny, Minny and join Moe.  I'm sure we would fit in that way.

It was entirely my wife's inspiration, I was just the one who made it.  It is utter genius, though, indeed. I'm saving that one for repeat performances.

And yes. it's impossible to have leftover Yorkshire. It just can't happen.

I was going to call this a dog's breakfast but not sure that even a hungry canine would go for this bowl of orecchiette with broccoli & white beans, topped with crunchy bread crumbs, pecorino romano and a Paragon-poached egg

The egg was nice.

Dessert? I'd ask for another lobster benny and another glass of bubbles to wash it down!

Between @Ann_T's smoked pork chops, @Paul Bacino's lobster Benedict (I think I lost consciousness for a minute) and @liamsaunt's beautiful loaf of bread, I am all ready for breakfast in spite of only finishing dinner a half hour ago!

Christmas breakfast – my MIL’s Candy Cane:

Orange sweet roll tree:

This may be the last year for this.  I think only 2 got eaten that morning and maybe another 2 or 3 in later days.  Bagels, cream cheese, and smoke salmon & Boursin:

Sausage rolls and quiche:

@CantCookStillTry  - see what I mean about my sausage rolls?

A friend brought over a cheese and cherry Danish on Christmas Eve to add to our breakfast:

Boxing Day - toast made with my holiday bread:

Made this again this year as gifts and I’m convinced that I need a new bread maker.  The crust was overdone on all the loaves and one didn’t rise at all.  But the toast was yummy.
