  10. Here in central west coast Florida everyone has AC. Just heated my oven to 400f to make oven fries yesterday. Didn’t give it a second thought. Again air conditioners are in every home. Gone are the days of the breeze ways of my youth

    Dont use recipes per se. 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid 1/2 onion diced fine. 1-2 garlic cloves diced fine, dash of dried oregano, 2 beaten large eggs. 1/2 cup shredded cheese. What ever you like. I used Munster and cheddar fry onions and garlic till soft. Add to other ingredients and mixed well. Bake in 275 oven till lightly browned a little on top and cooked through. 30-40 min

    Nice posts. Our standard breakfast has been raw oats with berries, nuts and almond milk. Splurges with egg based breakfasts.

  24. Ah Dizzy Pig rubs. Spent time under the tent with Chis and the DP team in Lakeland several years ago for a BBQ contest. Green Eggs were smoking. We have a mutual friend in Va. I like their rubs quite a bit. Not overly salty. Actually have both of those rubs in the pantry
