Vegan morning glory scone from WF. I actually like these better than the regular ones (ie, butter/egg recipe) since they seem less greasy.

Yesterday's breakfast.

 

Baby Bok Choy and chicken stir fry.

Poached chicken, shiitake,  rice noodles, garlic, chilli, Chinese chives in a chicken broth.

Baked baguettes yesterday, two of them filled with cheddar cheese.

Moe had toasted cheese baguette for breakfast.

My feeble attempt at a "Keto" breakfast.  Leftover asparagus with a 3- cheese sauce, topped with 2 poached eggs and a dash of black pepper.  I know it does not look all that appetizing, but the flavors were there.

Tofu scramble reheated with the addition of some ham and some chili oil.  The chili oil, a Japanese brand, has the tiniest dispenser nozzle. I could not detect any chilli oil leaving it so I continued shaking. I’m awake now. I am sure my taste buds will recover.

This is similar to what I had......except not nearly as neat.  Mine was Cinnamon Raisin muffin, scrambled egg, ham, and colby jack

This morning it was two frozen waffles with syrup and fried eggs on top served with a couple of Johnsonville breskfast links.  Easy prep and very good.

 Rice mixed with herring in tomato sauce and a spicy bean sprout salad.

Yesterday.

 

Fresh pan roasted halibut for breakfast.

 

 

Basted with garlic and lemon butter and served with roasted potato wedges and spinach.   Potatoes and halibut cooked in the CSO.

Not sure what to call this.  It was the first thing I ate today, but it was at 3pm.  But it was breakfast-type food.  Oh, hell - today for breakfast, I had:

Cinnamon raisin toast (one spread with PB) and the juiciest, most delicious pear I've had in ages.

 My list of suggestions would stretch around the equator and back again and up to the moon and back again.   Almost anything must be better than scrapple.😂
