Zingerman's is having their annual Balsamic Blowout. I'm planning on getting a couple bottles of the 10 and 16 year, and a bottle of the 30 year for special occasions. And if you've ever wanted a bottle of 100 year old vinegar, you can pick up 100ml for $250.

I snagged it.

It appears to be formatted quite well for the Kindle.

I'm looking to give the chicken with mustard a try sometime soon.

For the egg lovers who live in SoCal.  If you are near a Vallarta Supermarket,  they have their JUMBO eggs $2.49 a dozen and they are very fresh.  They were 3.29 at Walmart.

I got two dozen yesterday, the packing date is 103 so I think that means they were packed on April 11.  The sell by date is May 10.

The yolks are very yellow, they stand up high in the white and the flavor is excellent (fried).

I think this is a pretty good price and both Vallarta markets in my area have a rapid turnover of dairy goods so eggs are always fresh.

They have smaller eggs at great prices compared to the regular markets here, even Walmart.

"There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are those who say: this glass is half full. And then there are those who say: this glass is half empty. The world belongs, however, to those who can look at the glass and say: What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!" Terry Pratchett
