I think this deal is only at Stop&Shop.    a long long time ago , they had similar prices , then that stopped.

this is the same price as circa 2010 or so , when I sued to get 6 - 8 of these , or more and SV in a very large cooler.

there are pics of that cooler somewhere way way back.

Market Basket ,  which wold be the next cheapest place , has CB point for $ 2.99.  other stores are in the $ 4 + range.

In that case, maybe I'm safe! 😉

Although I admit, now that I'm thinking about it, that a good supply of corned beef for reuben sandwiches would be wonderful. You enabler, you.

No ready access to a smoker here, and I may not even have packed for sous vide. (If I did, where did I put it?)

Nonetheless, you have earned some Enabler Points. 😉

My Kroger's card knocked the price down to $4.99/pound.

I make my own ' drip ' coffee

w coffee I roast myself.  in my own manner .

what I know about that , is the water temperature , for that drip

has to be very close toe 210 f or so .  maybe 199 F.

its my understanding is the the Technivorm systems get you there

and others do not .

Specialty Coffee Association “Golden Cup” brewers are what you want to look for when selecting a premium top grade coffee maker.

sorry , @Sid Post

roasting your own coffee from premium green coffee supplier

once you learn how to do it properly

is vastly superior to anything you can buy , because you have crafted it to your own taste

on CB , you missed the point , that w SV  , time is tenderness , and temp is ' done-ness '

there is no ' stall ' what so ever with SV.

as Point is tougher , from the get go , then flat .

my apologies  for not making that clear.

I just got an email from A4Box.com celebrating their 5th anniversary. The first 500 customers can get an A4 Induction Box (color of your choice) for FREE using the coupon code ANNIVERSARY5. I just ordered mine, and only have to pay shipping ($40). Our dear departed @Anna N and our dear, still-with-us friend @Kerry Beal had a lot of fun playing with theirs, back in the day!

There's apparently another sale going on right now. If I can figure out how to get to it, I'll also order the extra trays and I'll report back here. (Edited to add: they're already sold out. That's why I couldn't load them into my cart.)

Go to AFourBox.com if you're interested in this. Hurry!

It has been many months since I first looked into this and I finally pulled the trigger on an A4 Cook It tonight.  Surprisingly, the ANNIVERSARY5 promo code still works - although shipping was $44.99 instead of $40 like it was 6 months ago.  I was very hesitant back in December, but I have been looking into easier, neater, and more efficient cooking methods while camping.  I friend sent me a video about the Multimaker Flex Press grill this afternoon, which is a lot like a George Forman grill,  and it reminded me about the A4.  I like the idea of induction and having a lid, so I went back and looked up the A4 again.  I decided that it will just live in the back of my truck and that it will be used for camp cooking this summer (plugged into my Ecoflow battery system).

If you are looking for a large carbon steel skillet this one is great. The price changes, although I am not sure how often. Two days ago it was $27. That's the price I got it for a couple of months ago. Today it's $35, which is still not a bad deal for this kind of pan. Worth watching. I love this pan. It needed virtually no further seasoning and nothing sticks to it. I have another carbon steel pan and it only gets better after 20 years.

For those who like Staub, I don't think it gets a much better price than this:

Wow! I wish I could justify ordering that. When I click on the link you give, it lists the Staub as $149.99. In addition, there's a 15% off offer for new email subscribers.

I must not. I must not. I must not...

You should!  You should!  You should!!!

This is a “reach for” for soup, stew, braises, even breads.    Pick your favorite color and smile every time you see it in passing.

I recently got a Made In carbon steel pan to review.  Looks similar but smaller.
