It is sold as an intestines cutter, specifically as a duck, goose or chicken intestine cutter, these being a prized delicacy round here. That said, I have seen one vendor illustrating its usages by including an image of eels being processed.

I had fun trying to work out what the heck this is intended for. Or what it could be used for instead.  And being the caring, sharing type, I decided to share the fun. It is approximately 26 cm / 10" long.

Not intending to be facetious I find some very practical things are sold for other than their original intended purpose.  Point in fact, plastic garlic peelers.

Indeed, I often use tools for alternative uses. In fact, I rarely use this one as intended. Which is why I said
