Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping via common carrier curbside delivery, signature required. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time.
  • Carrier will deliver the pallet to a location closest to the home using a lift gate truck.
  • The entire pallet (1 total) will be dropped and the product not removed from the pallet.

Right, so you'll have a giant shrink-wrapped pallet dropped most likely at the end of your driveway, in the street. You need to unwrap everything to check for freight damage immediately. Better hope for a rain-free delivery day.😉

You also get a free workout schlepping all those heavy pots, pans, etc. from your driveway into your kitchen, then washing and putting them away. 💪🦵
