Food looks good, @BKEats. Does the name of the restaurant (Guevara's) have anything to do with Che Guevara's granddaughter, Lydia Guevara (part of a PETA campaign a while back)?

I applaud your bravery and innovation as well as the NYCers that are supporting you. Hope to see "continuing coverage" as they say in the news biz :)  Thumbs up! It all appeals to me on the left coast.

Beautiful interior of the shop. Hope it's a great success.

Ballsy move to start a new spot like this during these times - but kudos for you for having the intestinal fortitude!

Good luck.

I thought there was only one other location.  Could you list all three?

This new one, the original around the block in Clinton Hill & the big one in Williamsburg at the old Domino Factory site.

Wow, beautiful place and the samplings look de-lish!  One day I'll get to all 3 spots.  I want a baked potato w caviar, a porchetta sandwich some wings followed by some vegan stuff for cleansing. Samosas perhaps?  Really amazing how you juggle all this!  Nice going and good luck! 💪👨‍🍳

That wasn't chicken
