Probably not the first choice of dieticians for a healthy breakfast but somebody had to do it.   Chocolate truffle cheesecake done in the Instant Pot.  It is part of a project so no sharing information at the moment.

Toasted English muffin with pan fried corned pork tongue, melted cheese and a fried egg with some comfort food home fries with onion......and yes, a diet orange soda. I just want to go clamming, but hurricane Michael has pretty much insured that the beds will remain closed for another few weeks. I feel like a shut-in.

Challenging myself to use a rotisserie chicken in as many Japanese dishes as I can.  Onigirazu  with lettuce, oven dried tomatoes and sliced rotisserie chicken breast.   Next time I would add some kewpie mayonnaise.

Cooked the bacon on the bake steam setting in the CSO.

@Ann_T, may I ask what temp you use for the CSO steam-bake bacon?  And do you put it flat on a pan or up on a rack?

Chinese style steamed egg, two ways - sesame, sesame oil, white soy sauce. Dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, scallions.

Served with hot ginger rice.

A tad too tender for my taste, so less liquid next time. Also, I should let the mixture sit onger, as the first batch still had bubbles in it.

Galbi kimbap for breakfast; I had some beautiful boneless wagyu beef short ribs, that I marinated in soy sauce, garlic, honey, crushed Nashi pear, black pepper and sesame oil and grilled.

Rolled up in toasted seaweed with kimchi rice, shredded cucumber and green onion, and old fermented kimchi; brushed in sesame oil and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Galbi kimbap.
