Doggonit, I already have too many unexplored (or barely explored) cookbooks. That said, the prose and ideas of the introduction were well worth $1.99 on their own. Thanks, Toliver. (...I think. I may have to upgrade my storage before long.)

This is a very nice book if you like professional cookbooks from michelin star restaurants. Lots of nice dishes and explanations. Not useful for home cooking, recipes are very difficult and involved.

Not quite sure what "collection" this refers to  but she's long had newspaper columns, written for various food publications and has tons on her website so there are a lot of her recipes available online - a search on EYB returns a list of over 2,000.  Many, but not all are available for free.
