Wonderful story and I so hope just the first of many!  We need good news and happy endings like that so badly right now.

I read that article n Saveur as well.  Great story and I was so happy to read that family is doing so well.  I went to their web site but it isn't up and running yet.  When it is, I will be placing an order.

I am an immigrant (to US) myself.  Left USSR to have better life.  Can't imagine what horrors these people left behind.  Always so happy to see that anyone can succeed in the Free world if they work hard.  

And of course food does not require translation.
