the shoulder , was , well , in a bag ?

 

yes , I think you can keep the shoulder in the bath until dinner

 

as that's a longish time to begin with , even from Fz , so the extra I dont think will change much .

 

pls take a pic or two and let us know .

What should the volume of liquids be?
