Recent trip to Australia --   i can across the best,  I'll call it 'hand pie.  Chunky Chicken and leek Pie  ( Baby chicken Pot pie )

I think i can re create the pie,  but cant find the correct vessels.  I think they come out roughly 4-6 " round about 2 1/2 " -3 inch deep

Thoughts?

Search for small pie or tart pans on Amazon. There are bunches of them. And send me some of those little pies when you make them, please. 😉

I hadn't thought of the tart pans or small pot pie loafs...thanks

@pastrygirl.. very nice thought,  thank you so much!!   But i think i could get a slew of those aluminum tins,  for 25$.  That shouldn't break the bank, even though I/m now retired.  :)

@TdeV  - between the above mentioned and yours , something should work..

Thanks All   Doc B

Maybe sacrilege, but Aldi frozen chicken, leek, and camembert pies aren't too bad. Good on you for trying to make your own.

Those sound delicious but have never seen them at Aldi's US.
