Here is your chance for a few new ones. Don't be shy, it is actually easier for me to ship 2-4 books to one address than to ship one - and many times cheaper with the new US postal boxes.

Delia's Vegetarian Collection - Smith, Delia

Cooking from the Hip - Cora, Cat

Foods of the World: The Cooking of Spain and Portugal - Feibleman, Peter

Brun, Dee

The New Vegetarian Cookbook - Abensur, Nadine

Papa Rossi's Secrets of Italian Cooking - Bennett, Victor

Patricia Yeo: Cooking from A to Z - Yeo, Patricia

If you are interested please pm me. I answer in order received.

The Cuisinart Cooking Club newsletter was published monthly from August of 1985 through July of 1989. My set is ALMOST complete, but there are four months that I am missing and would love to find copies of them. The months I am missing are:

November 1986

March 1987

October 1988

January 1989

Please let me know if you can help with any of these.

Likewise, as my set is ALMOST complete, I would be happy to help if you've found this newsletter to be as helpful as I have and are missing some issues.

After a delightful brunch at Koslow's Sqirl restaurant in Los Angeles, I've decided to attempt to cook through her cookbook. I'll post my results here.

Please follow along and join in, if you're so inclined. Her food is wonderful, but I will surmise that her true deliciousness comes from using the best and freshest ingredients. I'll do my best to recreate the magic I felt at Sqirl.

Here's the link to her book at Eat Your Books.

Thanks to @blue_dolphin, I was forced to buy this cookbook  and it was delivered today.  No matter how hard I try, I just don't super enjoy cookbooks on my Kindle.  Anyway, I'll most likely be alone on this thread due to low okra likability lol, but I'm an only child and I'm used to being alone 😁

First on the list will be the Kimchi Okra from page 100--as suggested by @blue_dolphin.

I'll be back on this thread soon
