Here's the dinner with the sauce. The flavor was quite good, although a little more intensity would have been welcome.  The sauce was great on its own, but the flavor got lost a bit when diluted with the rice, chicken, and veggies. Notwithstanding, it's worth playing around with some more. There was some left over, and I may try to punch up the flavor a bit before using it in another dish. Of course, just adding more sauce might have doe it as well.

Ooh . . . lovely!

How did you make the tenderloin? Sauce?

Thank you!

The tenderloin was just sliced, given a dusting of flour, and sauteed.  The sauce is pretty simple- deglaze the pan with  vinegar (I used malt vinegar for a bit more richness),  add stock, garlic, and parsley, then add the olives. Thicken as necessary (my default thickener is cornstarch slurry)

A shakshuka.   With about 1/4 the cilantro that I put on it.   This was the glamour shot before being served

That‘s excellent, @Dr. Teeth. These one pan dishes with barely cooked eggs (insert: shashuka, menemen, huevos rancheros, …) are very underrated. Happy to see such a nice and visually pleasing rendition 🙏
