Keep the dates. 

 

We are planning on the weekend of May 16, 17, 18 and we will be at the very brand new (not even built yet) TCF Sales facility in Cedar Park, Texas.  This is a suburb of Austin. 

 

No shortage of hotels within walking distance - and I believe Tom has some sort of a deal with one of the favoured ones. But I'm sure @Chocolot will make it her mission to find us the best one!

 

Airport 23 miles from Cedar Park. 

 

I see Tex-mex and smoked meat in our future. What do they smoke for vegetarians?

I am in!

 

Any chance we can do pulled hard candy and taffy? I was looking through past workshop pictures and the hard candies look so cool!

 

Also, vegan marshmallows with longer shelf-life.....

I’ve never been to a chocolate and confectionary workshop so don’t really know how these things run, but it’s in my backyard. Count me in and I’ll figure it out!

I'm a definite maybe!  My daughter lives in Houston, so 2 birds, etc.

Well, this is closer to me, and I’ve been trying to make a trip to Austin for a few different things. El Rey Chocolate is about 1 1/2 hour drive from there. Maybe I can make it this year 🤞🏻
