@rotuts Did any of your DHL emails have a tracking number?  If so,  go ahead and check that on the DHL site.

Below is my complete tracking after delivery.

I got that first "Confirmación de envío" email on Nov 2.

I got another email on Nov 5, that included a tracking # and said it would be delivered by the end of the day on Nov 7.   That was pretty unreasonable but it did eventually get here!

My first one showed up more than a week later than they said it would. Even though we were home, the delivery guy dropped it off on the porch and slunk away without  a single knock on the door. The package was so badly mangled, I think he did not want to confront me. I have my doubts about DHL.

Well we can have faith that DHL do hire some well-qualified PR people!  That email really does hit all the right notes.  I will keep my fingers crossed for you that Nicholas actually comes through.

No DARTO delivery for me today, though I did receive a Falk pot that sort of makes up for it.

My pans have apparently left Miami.  "The Estimated Delivery Date is currently unavailable."

If they eventually arrive I hope I will be delighted.

My DARTo's have arrived !

re-packed ( nicely ) by DHL

D2.thumb.jpg.3573c18a7e49e2a47bfa60bd24dc2d23.jpg

there are no significant scatches on any of the surfaces , in spite of the looks above.  they were loose in the box.  completely smooth so the lines are only in the finish. scuff marks with you will.

I couldn't find my original order , so I can't say what the above paella pan is.   there was no paperwork in the DHL box

the diameter of the pan  ( max , not counting the handles ) is 10 3/4 "  w handles 12 "   the internal diameter , i.e. the cooking surface is 9 "  about

that seems to make it :

what important is this :

D3.thumb.jpg.a88fe512400b4ae5d04d643c276a0fe2.jpg

and

D4.thumb.jpg.80b535225ad3c30bd814207b7a9af648.jpg

excuse the crumbs.

whatever this pan is , it fits perfectly in the CSO w the handles  turned 45 degrees.   its also 1 3/4 " deep so will work fine for Paella !

if you have a paella pan , and it fits like this in the CSO , is it the Paella # 27?

I thnk I found the old order , and the CSO pan is the # 27 paella

Mine made it! Dunno what I was thinking with Tiny Pan but it is much lighter than the big ones. The paella pan looks like it will be quite useful.

Clockwise from upper left: 27, 20, 25.

My order was repacked as well.  I believe they originally sent it in the paper bag.  The pans are going to need some cleaning up, but probably not tonight.  And probably not this week.  Looking forward to paella.
