I this doesn't resonate with you, you live alone.

Yep! If you live alone and see this, you might want to schedule a visit with your doctor.

Tell me about it!

What I do in my supermarket when facing death by plastic bag reluctance to open is head over to where they lay the fish out on ice, rub my hands on the ice and then open the bag no problem. i don't know but I guess rubbing the walls or freezre cabinets would do the same. Cold wet is the aim.

Not feasible where I shop. Everything is on the other end of the store from produce. I bought these otherwise I would be that bloke standing there.

But the lady has no snout! I mean the ladle has no spout!  This is where enabling goes to die. At half the price it might be a good novelty buy for a toddler; since it stands up on its own you could serve snacks in it. Hey bartender, I'll have a wee dram and a ladle of Goldfish, please!

Ladles have spouts??? None of mine do and they're just regular ladles; not mythical figures. I wouldn't buy a ladle with a spout.

Not the usual sort of thing I post in this thread, but it seemed more appropriate here than elsewhere:

Just a followup to let you all know that the auction on the donair costume has finally come to a close, with a winning bid in excess of $16,000 CDN.

On a similar note, a sign outside one of my local pizza joints said "I must be a hipster... I ate my pizza before it was cool!"
