Indeed - and no real option to stop for a burger after! One guy was going for fish and chips

That is very sad state of affairs. I hope it’s not the same tonight.

We need to set up our booth after the unconference today - so we won't be joining and group opprtunites I suspect!

There were 9 of us at the table - only got two of a couple of the small plates - got about one bite of each plate - actually left a bit hungry!

Dang. I was prepared to be thoroughly impressed.

Don't ask. Eat it.

Very late lunch - 3 food trucks left - chicken

There were food trucks?  Guess I gotta leave my booth to find them 9_9

Know that I have a stash of snacks - apples, almonds, baby carrots, luna bars, cheese, etc -and am happy to share.  I still follow the restaurant tradition of staff meal and a shift intoxicant!

You do - and you have to wait an outrageously long time in line to get food from them even if you go at the end of the day!

Apparently up across from your booth there is a bakery that is selling croissant sandwiches and sold out of the ridiculous number that they brought very early - I think today I might just run up there first thing and grab a couple so we have them if we want them. Our thought this morning was to grab a bigger breakfast then we might not need anything until supper.

They brought everything at once to our little two top - took away my plate - because clearly there wasn't room on the table for that! We had them take back the last two dishes to bring back after we ate the appetizers.

Mekong Campfire - brought under a turned over trifle bowl full of smoke. We could see the chef was clearly making good use of the smoking gun in the back.

Crying Tiger - nice little flat iron cooked to perfection.

Crispy taro rolls.

Larb - a little hotter than @Alleguede likes his food.
