I'm looking for this roaster with handles. I can not find it anywhere in the internet.

The pan has the traditional French roaster with handles, the kind that Mauviel/De Buyer and other brands make.

I like this one because is slighty smaller than the standard size for this type of roaster and because the handle of this roaster is very simple and minimal. I think the material of this one is aluminium (no copper).

Any idea of the brand and where could I find one? I'm looking for the exact model on the picture, not similar etc.

Thank you for any help,

Ed.

Check professional cookware sites, like the Webstaurant store has several -the handles are slightly different, but the size matches. (I think, hard to tell from the photo, a full size sheet pan will hold two big dinner plates, but if the photo is of 12" plates, those muffins are enormous. If the muffins are regular size, then the plates are salad plates and the sheet pans are half-pans.) Many of these come with lids, too.

fits on a full size pan:

fits on top a half-pan:

HERE (almost, it is one inch longer on one side)

sits on top a quarter pan:

I understand if you wish to find exactly that pan with those handles, you'll have to search through all the manufacturers of professional pans. Where is the photo from? If it's a restaurant local to you, you could just call and ask them the brand name...

Thank you Lisa for your kind reply.

I'll keep searching on line. I saw the picture somewhere in facebook I think.

Hopefully somebody recognise the pan and can bring some light.

I think it's highly probable this is a long-discontinued pan, so if you require this model, you may be looking a long time to come.  I suggest you put in sustained time on both ebay.co.uk and ebay.fr.

Your size criterion makes the search even more difficult.  Quality turkey-sized roasters are ubiquitous, but there's a dearth of chicken-sized ones.  I've waited (in vain) years to find this size/geometry roaster in fort or extra fort copper.

So good luck.  Here's a good aluminum one in an oval shape:  http://www.ebay.fr/itm/ancien-plat-a-rotir-en-aluminium-/142046186977?hash=item21129ccde1:g:CswAAOSwbYZXe-IC

I've roasted in that pan.  Or one like it.  An exact match will probably be tough.  Agree with Lisa that it looks like a commercial product and not one designed for homeowner use.  Restaurant supply stores will be your best place to find a match.    I like http://www.webstaurantstore.com/  and http://www.wasserstrom.com/

Should you not be able to find exact match, Volroth makes some excellent product like this.

I prefer the fixed handles to the folding ones but most newer commercial roasters have folding handles for efficient space usage or some such crap.   (designed by an engineer, not a cook)

Can't tell scale from your picture, nor brand info.  Some dimensions would be useful.

Thank you boilsover for your link to the oval pan. I found it the other night too. It looks like it could be from the same period and/or brand so I guess it's going to be hard work to find a rectangular one in that chicken/small size. As daveb said it looks like a commercial product not a domestic one.

I'll keep searching on line.

Thanks for the answers!

Are you able to enlarge/enhance the photo to where you can figure out what the three item cards say? It's admittedly a long shot, but that might help to identify the shop (or whatever), which would allow you to contact it and ask about the pan.

I have a similar pattern one made of 18/10 steel, expensive when I bought it some years ago. Made by Le Creuset in 3 ply stainless. Currently in the UK it's £175.00 for the 35cm size. D
