I figured out that it is Russian.

Carl Warner is brilliant. Prints of his work are available from lenswall.com. I got a print of the hot air balloons for my daughter's birthday and was very pleased with the quality and price.

Thanks for sharing. It brings a whole new dimension to the "Eat the View" campaign underway.

It also brings back vague memories of macaroni art in my elementary school days, albeit more rudimentary, and leaves me pining for the heady smell of rubber cement!
