Oh, very good indeed. You be sure to let us know when it airs! Can't wait to hear about your experiences.

At least you managed to miss "clam flan". That looked, erm, interesting  .

Chris, please don't forget to let us know when the shows are actually airing. I presume they'll tell you when you're there what the air dates will be.

Go get 'em! It'll be interesting to see someone I know understands food do the judging for once. I've often thought their choices for judges were questionable at best.

According to the Food Network website, Besh is battling Batali, not Flay. It will air February 26 and, to my knowledge, is the first of the new, recently taped episodes to air.

There are a number of them that I am particularly curious to see because I am familiar with the chefs' work. It is nice to see Roberto Donna getting another chance.

Julie Powell?

Hey, they didn't ask me or Steven to judge! Maybe we'd better ask you guys to stop ripping Food Network a new one on a continiual basis then.

It's more likely that we'll keep ripping them a new one until they do

Hmmm. Tonight is Batali vs. Besh, confirmed on TVGuide. Upthread claimed that was the one Chris Cognac was judging.

I just have had no luck posting here this year! I'm going to go away and shut up.

Edit:Well, we all know what happens when you "Assume"... and after looking upthread I did just that. It doesn't say Cognac is judging the Batali v Besh... just that this is the first new battle this season. My apologies.
