Thanks!  I just checked my carton, I am safe for now.  And when in doubt I usually pasteurize my eggs.

Jeez.  For the past few weeks we've been getting eggs from the flock one of Mr. Kim's co-workers has.  Hope those ladies continue to be good layers.

I go through 19 dozen eggs a weekend during my southern ren faire. So happy to know that I haven't been serving potentially tainted eggs.

Thank God for my "egg lady," who not only furnishes me with fresh free-range eggs, but delivers them for $3 a dozen. I love her.
