Bbq weekend enjoying the sunshine and pool. BBQ Octopus salad for Saturday dinner. Then Pizza Sunday night. Make your own topping. I love my Kamado.

Our Christmas lunch this year. Some of it anyway. I think my wife did a great job dressing the table.

In Australia corn flour is cornstarch. Which is white. Mostly used as a thickening agent. Recipes for Corn bread require Polenta but our polenta is coarse ground and sometimes you would wizz it for a finer product. So I'm confused as to what she needs...😕

Did you give the mix a real good beating? Mix it long enough and you will see the texture change to something more sticky and finer grain.... sorry best I can discribe it. Looks fantastic btw sitting on the Que.

Home made lasagne. So much rain the last few days and more to come. It was a late descission to make and no one was going to the shops but I had what we needed to make pasta and the rest. Very satisying.
