If ever driving by and hungry, maybe once a year I'll go for the Fillet O' Fish. I'm the only one I know that eats them.

This is Bacon cake. Not made by me but for me as a B'Day cake. Made from scratch, no recipe. I don't know all the details yet but I will find out soon. Sorry for the poor pic but I was well into celebration time. It has finely ground bacon in the batter & maple syrup. It was Wonderful. -

Absolutely love that place. From memory they hold an annual Mud Crab festival. Many years ago I use to camp & fish up a little further at a stunning place called Bustard Bay. I think they have a 4X4 bus that does trips up the beach that gets you close to the bay.

That's quite stunning.

Lamb leg rubbed and smoked. some roasted potatoes pumpkin. Blanched some broccoli and made some Yorkshire puddings. It was quite the hit.

These are fantastic and have benefits than more expensive cookers. You wont have to worry about breaking ceramics and they are maneuverable. Like all Komodo cookers they are efficient for low & slow or 350c or more for pizza's etc. They come with everything. Grill, Deflector top extension shelf that can sit left or right and it swings out of the way . It even comes with a cover. my 2cents..
