G'Day @rotuts Yes, I left the tops on just to be a little flashy. I think all the have to offer is added colour to the plate and perhaps an appearance of freshness. No such thing as WallMart in Australia. Cheers Captain.

I found these babies on Saturday. Given a bath at 73c for one hour then into the freeze for future use.

Pan seared Salmon fillets with lime, caper, tarragon and parsley sauce. I par boiled then battered potato wedges, added some green stuff.

Chicken Thai Green Curry. It was a hot spicy one so I served it two ways. In a bowl with lots of the sauce for me and on a plate for my wife and her friend so as not to be so hot.

Sunday night roast lamb dinner. Including Yorkshire Puddings, Pumpkin, Roast potatoes & Broccoli. No glama shots here. You get the pots & pans and cutting board and mess. I feared I would loose a limb if not served quickly.

Sunday all day BBQ cook for this brisket. And Saturday night Rib eye. My wife is away for a long week end, so it's been Beef & Single Malt.

Allan & I having Toasted Turkish bread with avocado, tomato with a drizzle of balsamic. That's a frozen banana in the background. I was thinking about a smoothy as well.
