Monday night dinner. Marinated BBQ Chicken wings over coals in the Kettle BBQ. I don't mind the heat to much @sartoric apart from working during the day. But yes aircon in the kitchen and other parts of the house not that we use it much. Mostly in the bed room these last few nights.

Toad In A Hole. Served with lots of gravey.

Porterhouse Steak for dinner. I nearly forgot the proof so not a great shot. Delicious non the less.

Chicken Tortilla Soup.

Australia Day lunch BBq lamb. Cooked in the kettle. Rubbed with rosemary, garlic, S & P and some big beef snags. We had a great day.

Baked spuds with garlic butter, cheese bacon & some fried ham. Top with sour cream. I love these especially with some left over chili con carne.

Corned Beef and some Veg.

Plain, simply delicious and eggcellent

Chicken Enchilada Salsa Verde and some Churros

I find him ridiculously pretentious. Dying his hair and stupid amounts of bling that has no place in a kitchen... The only reason I have watched him is for his outdoor kitchen. I love that space. I could care less about his cooking, like most Food Network presenters. I don't find the cooking or food relevant to me here in Australia. My 2c.

My Salsa Verde Chicken Enchilada's with Mexican Rice. I also made some Sopapilla's and a big bowl of Chili con queso. As usual I turn my back and there gone.

I have always preferred Biltong to Jerky. So I made some just recently. Only a small batch as a test. Very easy & great tasty results. I can't wait to get a large batch hanging. Thanks for looking

Succulent crispy skin roast Duck. Chopped it up and it was gone... The only thing they left me was that lovely duck fat.
