I find him ridiculously pretentious. Dying his hair and stupid amounts of bling that has no place in a kitchen... The only reason I have watched him is for his outdoor kitchen. I love that space. I could care less about his cooking, like most Food Network presenters. I don't find the cooking or food relevant to me here in Australia. My 2c.

My Salsa Verde Chicken Enchilada's with Mexican Rice. I also made some Sopapilla's and a big bowl of Chili con queso. As usual I turn my back and there gone.

I have always preferred Biltong to Jerky. So I made some just recently. Only a small batch as a test. Very easy & great tasty results. I can't wait to get a large batch hanging. Thanks for looking

Succulent crispy skin roast Duck. Chopped it up and it was gone... The only thing they left me was that lovely duck fat.

Some Chicken Marylands on there way to the dinner table... Very tender & juicy. I had them in a brine for 4 hours. Sunday night and I was way to tired to get pics on the plate. Sorry.
