Yes, but not feathery flamboyant cobras. They are dangerous!

Oh well. You and I have about the same amount of hair so we really don't need headbands anyway.

Perfect! Except now I'll have to change my perfume. Maybe I'll just dab on some anchovy paste.

Somehow I don't think it will be a best seller.

Imagine getting on an elevator with somebody dosed in that. Although I think a few of the bums in our area are already using it.

In my never ending quest to enhance your sartorial elegance and fashionability, I turn to accessories, specifically in the auditory area.

What could be better to start with than some fried eggs?

On a health kick? Maybe some fruit would suit. Dragon fruit or for a bit of a tang, citrus fruits.

Or perhaps, the ever popular avocado?

Feeling spicy. Some chilli. Of course, different people have different capsaicin tolerance, so take your pick.

And after all that you may need this!

Yesterday, I posted this on the Liuzhou Luosifen topic where it was relevant, but it also belongs here as I have discovered it is but one of a range.

I'll hazard a guess that it's a play on luosifen, with the springs, bolts and such in place of the snails... perhaps an etymological link based on the shared curliness of the ironmongery and the snails' shells?

You're almost there.

Luosifen is 螺蛳粉 (luó sī fěn) with 螺蛳 (luó sī) meaning 'river snails'.  However many people, including luosifen shops, mis-write it as 螺丝 (luó sī) meaning 'screws'  or' bolts'. As you can see from the diacritics in the pinyin pronunciation guide they are homophones.

And yes, there is an etymological connection.  (luó) indicates spiral connotations. The snails used have spiral shells.

So, some wag came up with this.
