 Pillsbury sells 120 pcs/cs. but that is more than I need because I don't have the space.

Thanks!  I have never seen this sold here and when I looked on the Pilsbury site, croissant dough did not show up.  I guess it is sold to restaurants and such.

If you just want a couple of croissants for yourself, I think Trader Joe's are supposed to be good.

I have seen ready made in a box at TJs but I was looking for just the dough, unless I didn't see their dough.

How is croissant dough different from puff pastry sheets?
