 Thanks @Duvel.

@Kim Shook, I love the idea of your cute little Quiches.

Made dinner for breakfast again this morning.
Had planned to make one of Moe's favourite meals, for dinner but
we weren't hungry so I made it this morning.

I mashed the roasted garlic into the drippings and made a sauce with a little chicken broth and juice of half a lemon.

@Ann_T, I love seeing all of your & Moe's breakfasts. My mid-day meal is probably my largest meal. By dinner time (unless on vacation or it's a holiday meal), I'm not really that hungry. Nice to see alternate ways of eating.

I admire Moe‘s (and yours) dedication to go to work after that. I would probably get a whiskey highball, enjoy and call it a day 😉

小笼包 - xiaolongbao. Normally served in groups of 8 but although there was no room on that plate, I did eat the other three, too. With the simplest of all dips. Straight black bean soy sauce.

Yesterday, I had a ham & cheese croissant that I picked up at Roan Mills.  I was too hungry to pose it for a photo.

Today, I have balsamic roasted onions with sage on toast with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
