I always welcome company when I’m drinking.  But when given the choice between drinking alone or not drinking at all you can guess which side I come up on.

The fries need to be crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside and sturdy enough to stand up to the cheese curds and the gravy. The curds need to be so fresh they squeak.  The gravy needs to be made from cows not chemicals.  The basics are the same. It’s the execution that counts.

Yeah, they probably would... but I like them just as they are. I like chocolates that have that fancy design look but are still in the range of colors generally associated with chocolate.

It looks like a brooch to me. Attach a pin to the back, and (except for the pin) you'd have beautiful, edible jewelry.

It looks like a scarab...but Spanish fly may be too close to scrapple.

 Good morning. I see the sun is trying to break through the clouds.

 Breakfast this morning is one of Kerry’s lovely cheese biscuits. She chose for me the one with the most ooze!  

 

 She has gone off to rounds and when she returns the packing will begin in earnest.

After doing a couple of loads of laundry, packing a bit of my stuff to go home, I realized Ivwas damned hungry. So hungry I forgot a photo until I had already eaten half my lunch!

Found two bread heels in the freezer. I toasted them, added some cheddar and sliced timatoes and called it lunch!
