Hi, Id like to make or buy a chocolate syrup NOT made from cocoa. I absolutely despise Hersheys Syrup cause it settles, and I can feel the granules. And it not rich. Are there any syrups that are made with a high end melted chocolate?
My Uncles restaurants website was made by his Grandson. Its involved and crazy. You wont ever see them get rid of it. Ill bet a lot of restaurants get their websites this way...
Im the first person to skirt US regulations on banned food items (I have lotsa banned jello in my kitchen and I have Cottees w/Cyclamates) but Ill have to say that the words "Rat Poison" make me say NO! Maybe tasting one single bite of a Tonka Bean cookie would be okay, but I dont wanna risk it.
I got China today in the mail... Hopefully someone with a better knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking will critique it, but it was good to me. Not enough exotic stuff in it for me. I didnt see stinky tofu either.
Hi, does anyone know of any Open To The Public Restaurant Supply Stores In The Philly Area? There was one in North Wales called Rotel (I think) years ago that stopped selling to the public. I want to buy a few things that I cannot get in stores... Anyone know any? TIA
Apparently Emeril Lagasse has been bitten by the licensing bug. Emeril is allowing his name and likeness to be placed on CANNED PASTA MEALS FOR KIDS! Think Chef Boyardee and Franco-American! According to the website Emerils BAM MEALS are: Why Emeril? Why? http://bammeals.com/
Ill say about 300. Including all the Culinaria series, All the Time Life Good Cook series, Manifold Destiny, Marlboro Cigs Western Cookbooks, Todd Wilburs books, Purefoy Hotel, Hillary Clintons WH Cookbook, Calf Fries to Caviar, Ben Franklins cookbook and Kitty Litter cakes etc books.. I seriously recommend the Marlboro cookbooks (amazon) for their sheer creativity alone Oh and I have the Chicago Bulls Cookbook with Michael Jordans Mac and Cheese recipe..
Ive gone twice... BOTH times I felt like I had just drank lard. ANDDDDD, they told me once that their diet teas were sweetened with Splenda, and later found out it was Aspartame. What if I was a PKU baby?
