Oh the WORST can of Tuna is ALDI Tuna. UGH, its all little flakes swimming in broth. 1/3rd tuna flakes to 2/3rds broth

Some thoughts 1) you cannot feed cats straight tuna at every meal, it leads to kidney or liver problems 2) I was eating a can of tuna a day in a mixed green salad for months, I have developed stomach issues the past 7 months (not blaming the tuna just making note of it) 3) Hostess Yodels have changed their formula and no longer taste the same, as A LOT of things have changed to cheaper ingredients in this economy. Maybe its the same with tuna too.

Im glad its not just me..... I have decided to no longer purchase canned tuna from my regular grocery store. Ive been buying Star Kist Gourmets Choice solid light in water for years but lately it no longer tastes like tuna. If you research canned tuna, you will see that legally the tuna companies can use many varieties (20) of fish and call it canned tuna. Well the recent batch of tuna smelled faintly like ammonia. So the other day when I was at the HMart I bought a few cans of Korean brand DongWon and they tasted like the tuna of old! It was fabulous!

I have to say that in Political Chat if you mention you use a dishwasher or watch TV , you are looked at as an uneducated git. When they banned phosphates and Cascade Complete stopped getting my dishes clean, and I admitted to buying blackmarket Dishwasher Detergent, I was lambasted as a hater of the earth and wildlife! I cant win... BUT I must say that you MUST rinse the soap off the dishes, thats just nasty not to. I know people (primarily women) who wont take baths cause they say that its like sitting in your own filth in the dirty soapy water... /stirring up trouble

Hi, I made Saltfish and Ackee once, LOVED IT! But something seemed "off" a bit in the taste. I did notice when I cut open the bag of the salted cod there was a slight ammonia smell. Is that normal? Did I get a bad bag?

Ive been buying this pastry at Assi Plaza Int'l Supermarket at the Agape Bakery in the food court everytime I go... Its about a foot long, the dough is brown inside and not from whole wheat but I think from real maple syrup. The center of the inside is mochi and sweetened green peas. Its got stripes of marzipan on top with sliced almonds. I think its not marzipan, but thats the best way to describe it... I always forget to ask the name. I had a pic but cant find it Its my fave thing ever.
