Hi, A few months ago I heard of a spice blend that sounded divine and I recall telling myself that the next time I stop at the Indian Mkt Id buy some. Well, I forgot to not only stop, but I forgot the name of it too. Ive been trying to Google for it but all I come up with is Ras Al Hanout but thats Middle Eastern.. It is NOT Garam Masala Is there an Indian spice blend besides Garam Masala that is ultra delicious and popular?

Fenugreek smells like MAPLE SYRUP, which is why they use Fenugreek to flavor fake maple syrup. Honestly Fenugreek gives curry powder its distinctive smell and flavor.you should try to at least experience it before omitting it

After 12 hours of being off, does it sometimes take time for the fridge to make noise?, Im sure Im worrying myself for nothing but I feel like my fridge isnt working now, even though its now down to 35 degrees.

Hi my power was out from 12 midnight till 12 noon. I kept the fridge and freezer doors CLOSED. I had thermometers in BOTH, the freezer ICE is still frozen and the stuff is still hard. The Fridge thermometer read 40 degrees, BUT I took the temp of a beverage and a A-1 steak sauce and it reads 43. What is your opinion on what I should do?

Hi Folks! I attempted to buy Jade brand Li Hing Mui powder cause on the net I was told that Jade brand had no Aspartame. I even saw pics that confirmed this... I excitedly ordered 2 big bags.
