Gaylene and I took a boatload of photos of Bob's book when we were in Toronto. Have I tried any of them since - nope! But I can bring my iPad and folks can sift through the photos of the recipes I took to see if they were interested in trying any.

At the end of workshop, we have a drawing of any supplies and ingredients that were donated. Several Thermoworks products and goodies from chef rubber and sosase are highlights.

I just found out that there is a Central Market in N Austin on your way to Cedar Park! They have a wall of chocolate!  Also, HEB is a high end grocery store owned by Central Market and it is right by the hotel!

We have a surprise late attendee. Laurent Van den Broecke. He now lives in South Carolina, but is from Belgium. He is just getting his chocolate business up and running and looking to talk with others in the business. Welcome Laurent.

That book is huge.  i brought it to last years workshop.  I drove to last years workshop and I had to get a new shock absorber on the wheel where it was packed….there is no way I’m packing that in my suitcase…..
