I was able to D/L his cooking videos a long time ago.

 

I enjoyed them , and learned a lot from them.

He gave a lecture at the Culinary program I attended years ago. Very nice sweet man. Told it how it is in the industry but was very supportive. Congrats to Michael Smith.

He's generous of his time, in that way. I split my training between NSCC in Halifax and NAIT in Edmonton, after moving for family reasons, and he came to both schools during my time there (to speak to the students, and also to judge student competitions).
