Thank you, @Kerala, for sharing your interesting experiences in India. I loved reading about it enjoying the photos. 

 

I also found the Joy of Shopping sign amusing. In the context of our culture here in the states it really is laughable. Most men here hate to shop and the idea of a day at a mall with their wife is akin to torture. It would not be on their list of fun things to do at all. There are numerous situation comedies that have used this male aversion to shopping with their wives as the basis humorous episodes. I don't know if my husband's reaction to that sign would be a belly laugh or a scream of "Arrrrggghhh!".
