the bacon is curly

 

crunchy in many places  and just s little soft on other places at the same time !

 

Im wondering if you have studied

this might be the easiest one to look for

 

and it quite good

 

or you could go down to the Philadelphia area for a few month

 

they have many a zillion more kinds there , some fresh

 

I does take a bit of thiniing

 

some of our Friends N. of the Border

 

as accomplished as they might be

 

have not figured it out
