These two fellows can really cook.  I have seen their UK series.  That is where I learned to cook a fried egg sunny side up while getting the yolk and top of the white cooked......half way done, add a tablespoon of water and cover for about 30 secs.

not only that :

 

many years ago , from Irish Tele

 

Paul Rankin     had a cooking show.  it was some time ago and I may have captured it in the format of the times

it had an Ep  on Irish Stew  

 

which I actually made.   the lamb was not browned etc

 

it was like one of my very favorite dishes   now rarely made :

 

blanket de veau

 

not everything needs to to be browned.
