Hi

Ive already got my fave Korean, Japanese, Thai, Malaysian, Laotian and Vietnamese YouTube Chefs, who I watch religiously.

So are there any YouTube chefs like Maangchi and Cooking With Dog etc that do Cambodian, Chinese and Philippino cooking?

Im looking for people who cook authentic food who are fun to watch and have that 'IT" Factor.

I will throw in a request also for YouTube chefs from Hawaii, and the countries of Oceania..

Ill share my faves here

haha I'm subscribed to almost all of these guys. I'll tell you for a fact though, the vast majority of the vietnamese recipes on Helen's channel are very authentic and almost exactly how Vietnamese grandmothers make their food. She doesn't dumb it down for anyone.

This guy isn't asian and he hasn't made videos in yaers, but his Thai recipes are also super authentic and traditional.

Yes, I've seen a few. He seems the real deal, but I find his videos rather boring to watch. I mean, 10 minutes of watching someone stirring stuff in a wok? He needs a editor.

that was exactly my thought.  That 10 minute video could have been 2 minutes long...
