Gimmicky Way of Peeling Hard Cooked Eggs

This technique has been on the internet for years. I have blown out raw eggs before and it hurt my ears so I have never been inclined to try. Have you?

I tried it after seeing the videos. It worked for me, but it took a few tries to get the technique right.

would this work with a SV egg that had a soft center, but was re-cilled and the outer albumin cooked at a higher temp for 30 sec or so.

This was a technique ( the cool, re-sv in hot water for 30 sec or so forgot exactly) on the sv egg thread a while back

It was then difficult to shell.

I guess you have to do it gently.
