Food shopping around Nice/Monaco/Menton

Hello.

I've recently moved to Monaco and the area is still very new to me.

I'd be really grateful if somebody could suggest some food shopping places around Monaco, small producers and farmers, good bakeries. And also online shopping possibilities.

In the last couple months I've been living in Ventimiglia, so I know of the markets on the Italian side and about the Menton market on Saturday but that's about it.
