She is the NYC Pastry Chef from Eleven Madison Park and she is an egullet member.

Yes, that I know. Was wondering more about who gave the awards, if there's a monetary prize awarded too, if the awarding entity has a web site or press release, etc.

The awarding entity is Pastry Art & Design magazine.

I could be wrong but I think you get an award of some type ( could be mixing this up with a Kitchen Aid award or something.) but it's pretty much about the honor.

This makes Nicoles second placing in 2 or 3 years, I believe.
