HOw about ...

Balsamic vinegar icecream/sorbet (its sweet with a little tang..)

(its probably already been done but) Chilli chocolate,,

Roast tomato sorbet..

Caramelised tomato sorbet/icecream (call it tomato tatin..)

Caramelised banana..

ketchup icecream.. (there's a tomato thread going here isnt there... )

Mango&ginger sorbet

candycane icecream..

Liquorice icecream (a restaurant in sydney does a liquorice parfait..)

cinnamon&apple..

Cinnamon and brulee sugar..

chestnut icecream

dorayaki icecream..

gingerbread (like cookies n cream but with gingerbread)

muscat sorbet ..

banana choc chip (very normal, but i havent seen it anywhere...)

Sweet chilli icecream..

Roast pepper sorbet..

lavender/rose/cherryblossom icecream..

Ginseng icecream! Its great with honey..

Rosemary icecream maybe with a little honey ..

chinnotto sorbet..

Pannettone icecream!

persimmon sorbet (then again, frozen persimmon is just about the same,,)

Zuchinni/pumpkin icecream!!! yum..

Wasabi (i think someone has mentioned)..

Hot mustard (but sweet of course, all sweet,,,)

Then try all the cocktail combos - pina colada, tequila sunrise, champagne and strawberry (!!!!), champagne and peach!!!

OK...You can tell i love icecream :wub: ....

lilacs and jasmine flower sherbets? Huckleberry and gooseberry ice creams? I've tried rose petal, and I was an instant fan. Same with green tea. I wish I had access to more tropical fruits, but I suppose foodgrade essences would work.

Egads, Natto and horseflesh ice creams? :shock:
