You mentioned the name of a chef who will come to one's house to cook (and clean up ). I am looking for someone who can cook a wonderful dinner for smallish (4-10 person) dinner parties so I can entertain and have someone else do the real "work" so I can relax and enjoy the party. I'd love to have a great chef who will come to my house with everything we need and do a turnkey job -- from marketing to cleanup. Can you -- or anyone else, please, give me some names? I live in Montclair, if that makes a difference. Thanks.

If the money's right....

I don't think that would be a problem, there are plenty of chef's that would send their sous-chef's out on their day off with the opportunity to pocket a little tax-free cash.
