I visited this resturant this evening (Oct. 27, 2002) and got more smoke than "Indigo".

That is as far as I will go in presenting negatives about my experience. I shared my disappointment with my waiter. The place was busy, thus I was not about to demand to speak to the owner/chef. However, the drive home did not alleviate my need to vent.

This resturant has obvious potential. Thus, I will reach out to the owner/chef with a peace offering.

More importantly, I encouraged him to sign onto egullet.

I would encourage you to call Lance Knowling and tell him about your experience. I haven't been back to Indgo Smoke since they opened but I know they are usually very busy. We had a good enough meal there that I would return.
