Seeing the champagne quotes above brought to mind a martini quote from Dorothy Parker.

"I like to have a martini,

two at the very most,

after three I'm under the table,

after four I'm under my host."

eta. Ah, I see it is a repeat. It is worthy of it though.

Continuing on the martini theme (and a fine theme it is), there's my signature line....

"Let's slip out of these wet clothes and into a dry Martini" by the everso cool Robert Benchley.

And of course, there's the unattributed "one Martini, two Martini, three Martini, floor".

I try to avoid acting out the latter......

My favourite alcohol related line is "I'm seeing double and feeling single".

Love it!
