My company is having our annual training convention at the MGM in 2 weeks. We are doing some research on having food delivered to our room at the MGM for a couple of lunches and for one dinner. I am working on the assumption that room service is overpriced and not that great.

I did review this website for information on favorite delis, but restaurants that deliver are candidates as well.

I would appreciate any ideas you local experts would have, and thank you in advance. When you come to Philadelphia, we will be happy to return the favor.

Try calling Lotus of Siam and see if you can work something out with them or maybe you could go an pick up.

Alonna, why are you making that assumption? Have you already considered some of the more casual dining options at the MGM? How many of you will be attending? I'm certain you can make a deal with the casino. They do want your business, right??

MIND YOU, for a local restaurant option that can deliver, try this place: Memphis Championship Barbecue

The closest location will be on Warm Springs Road (north side), just west of Eastern, just south/southeast of the airport. They can cater. They can do drive-through. One of the managers told me that they can handle $500 orders of ribs at their drive-through!!
