Some lovely Porterhouse steaks revers seared on my New Pellet smoker.😁

Chicken wings on the Kamado. Dressed with Kewpie mayo, Lime juice, pickled chilli's and Smokey sweet paprika. A lunch snack while we put up the Xmas tree.

A bowl of should have been made yesterday Thai green curry with chicken. Because some people over stay their welcome...

In keeping with the fishy trend. Battered Jew fish, wedges and onion rings.

A late dinner for us, so omlette did the trick.

A few racks of pork ribs smoked with some apple wood. Very late lunch/early dinner.

My Roast pumpkin, avocado, mozzarella and crispy prosciutto salad.

I agree that toast must be buttered immediately from the toaster. Once is enough. Something that torments my soul is seeing people that don't butter bread for a sandwich or a bun for a burger or slider etc.

@CantCookStillTry@heidihI have no idea other than it's good. Schweinshaxe. Or Pork hock, Cooked low and slow in the Kamado with a last minute blast to get the crackling. A few other things went into the BBq as well.

A late lunch of brisket flat and slaw sliders. A 6 hour cook in the smoker.
